ABOUT OVERHEAD REDUCTION SERVICES

Jeff Finkel is the founder and owner of Overhead Reduction Services, LLC.   Jeff's approach        to helping clients is two-pronged: first, negotiating with vendors to provide clients the best value    at the least cost; second, teaching clients how to implement “best practices” to cut costs. These approaches are natural for Jeff whose background includes sixteen years in the telecommunications industry at AT&T and BellSouth, as well as extensive experience in  corporate training and consulting. Overhead Reduction Services, LLC (ORS) got its start in Jeffry's wife’s medical practice.      While reviewing her vendor bills, Jeff observed that she was overpaying for several services.       After performing an extensive audit of these expenses, Jeffry discovered numerous opportunities for cutting costs.  He negotiated with vendors to cut several thousand dollars in annual costs.  Jeff performed pilot audits, and negotiated savings for several other businesses.   Encouraged    by their enthusiasm and urging, Jeff launched ORS in 2003.  ORS is a concierge style business.  While specializing in cutting expenses in areas such as telecommunications, credit card processing, shipping, banking, and purchasing, Jeff helps practices by tackling special requests such as: -  Establishing vendor services for new businesses -  Coordinating office relocations -  Negotiating early terminations of contracts -  Soliciting bids from vendors for new services and equipment -  Writing job aids, job descriptions, and policy / procedures manuals ORS Mission:   Helping clients increase profits by reducing vendor expenses ORS Values:     Advocacy, Honesty, Exemplary Customer Services, Responsiveness,                            Thoroughness, and Education
